Social Minister, Russian Ambassador discuss cooperation

Manama, May 27 (BNA): Social Development Minister Faeqa Said Al-Saleh today received newly-appointed Russian Ambassador to Bahrain Vagif Garaev and discussed bilateral relations. The meeting focused on steadily-growing cooperation in the field of promoting and protecting childhood, empowering productive families and providing care for the elderly and people with special needs. The Russian ambassador commended Bahrain’s development strides, stressing his country’s desire to bolster joint cooperation in all fields. The meeting was attended by Advisor for Coordination and Follow-up Waleed Baqer and Public Relations and Media Chief Randa Farooq.
