HRH Premier receives HRH Crown Prince

Manama, May 25 (BNA): His Royal Highness Prime Minister Prince Khalifa bin Salman Al Khalifa received today His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince, Deputy Supreme Commander and First Deputy Prime Minister, at the Gudaibiya Palace. The two leaders affirmed that the countries of the region should face the challenge created by the "destructive" thought and the extremism and terrorism it generates, calling for the need to strengthen the region's immunity against such extremist ideology, address it and prevent its use of religion and beliefs. They also highlighted HRH the Crown Prince's recent visits to the USA and the UK, and his meetings with senior officials in the two brotherly countries, reiterating Bahrain's keen interest to enhance its cooperation with friendly countries to consolidate global security and peace, and combat terrorism in all its forms and manifestations.
