Iran, Turkey underline transportation cooperation

Ankara, Dec 21, IRNA - Turkish Communications Minister Binali Yildirim and Iran's ambassador to the country in a meeting underlined the need to promote cooperation between the two countries in the transportation sector.


Announcing this, spokesman of Iran' Embassy in Turkey, Mojtaba Faqihi
noted that they also discussed bilateral issues.

In the meeting, Iran's ambassador, Hosseinpour underlined the need to
set up a joint transportation commission, develop cooperation and
solve problems facing the sector.

Turkish minister welcomed the proposal to establish a joint
transportation committee and proposed that the third round of joint
transportation commission's session be held in Ankara in February.
