Bahrain, Morocco cooperation discussed

Manama, May 17 (BNA): The Vice President of the Supreme Islamic Affairs Council Shaikh Abdulrahman bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al-Khalifa today received Moroccan Ambassador to Bahrain Ahmed Rashid Khatabi and hailed deep-rooted historic relations, discussing ways of bolstering joint cooperation. He commended the religious, cultural and scientific contributions of Morocco, stressing the council’s keenness on promoting cooperation to foster moderation and spread noble values. He paid tribute to His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al-Khalifa and His majesty King Mohammed VI of Morocco for bolstering joint cooperation. The Moroccan diplomat hailed the efforts of the council to consolidate relations with other countries and Islamic organisations and disseminate noble values.
