Commander-in-Chief chairs RCCS Supreme Council meeting

Manama, Apr. 29 (BNA): Commander-in-Chief of the Bahrain Defence Force (BDF) Field Marshal Shaikh Khalifa bin Ahmed Al Khalifa visited the Royal Command and Staff College (RCSC), where he was welcomed by RCSC Commandant Rear admiral Abdullah Said Al-Mansoori and senior BDF officers.
The BDF Commander-in-Chief was briefed on the implementation of programmes' development plans, which had an impact on RCSC's outcome and distinguished quality of military training, achieved thanks to the directives of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa.
He affirmed that RCSC devotes all its capabilities to deliver the highest military qualification levels to produce successive batches of leaders and qualified officers academically and militarily, in order to follow-up with the desired modernisation and development operations, praising the prominent role played by the college in preparing leaders and providing them with science and knowledge.
He underscored the importance of RCSC's role in the field of higher military education, which aims to prepare officers who are equipped with all contemporary military requirements, which will have a positive impact on work performance.
The BDF Commander-in-Chief said as he chaired RCCS Supreme Council meeting, that the significant combat and administrative achievements of the BDF march were accomplished thanks to HM the King's directives, which has a remarkable impact on the BDF advanced level.
He wished the RCSC's officials success in achieving all the objectives pertaining to specialised training programmes and national defence certificate's programmes.
BDF Chief of Staff Lieutenant-General Dhiab bin Saqr Al-Nuaimi, Inspector-General Major-General Abdullah Hassan Al Nuaimi and a number of senior BDF officers were present.
