More than ten senior diplomats to resign for restructuring

SEOUL, Dec. 19 (Yonhap) -- South Korea's foreign ministry on Friday sent notices to more than 10 senior officials prompting them to tender resignations as part of restructuring efforts, officials said.

"It is aimed at improving the personnel structure and streamlining organization,"
a ministry official said. He refused to give the exact number of officials
affected, however.
