Egypt to participate in "Hamad 1" joint drill

Manama, Apr. 21 (BNA): A number of warships and fighter jets from the Egyptian Armed Forces have arrived to Bahrain, where they will participate in the "Hamad 1" joint exercise. The joint drill, "Hamad 1", aims to consolidate the outstanding deep-rooted relations bonding the two countries and their peoples, under the leadership of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, the Supreme Commander, and Egypt's President Abdel Fattah al-Sisi. It also aims to strengthen relations with brotherly Arab countries, which will enhance joint Arab action.
