Deputy Premier receives French ambassador

Manama, Apr. 19 (BNA)-- Deputy Prime Minister and Head of the Ministerial Committee for Reconstruction and Infrastructure Shaikh Khalid bin Abdullah Al Khalifa received today newly-appointed French Ambassador to Bahrain Bernard Regnauld-Fabre. They discussed strong and growing relations of friendship between Bahrain and France, stressing the positive outcome of the visit of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa to France in August 2014 during which he met French President Francois Hollande. They also discussed regional and international issues of common concern as well as ways of bolstering bilateral cooperation mainly in the cultural, tourism, trade and investment fields.
