SOFINS Network Seminar concludes

Paris, Apr.16 (BNA)The Special Operations Forces Innovation Network Seminar (SOFINS) has today concluded in France. Royal Guard Special Force Commander Major Shaikh Khalid bin Hamad Al-Khalifa attended a military naval exercise, in the presence of French Special Forces Commander and other senior officers. Major Shaikh Khalid bin Hamad Al-Khalifa expressed delight at attending the seminar, along with representatives of friendly countries, stressing the importance of the event to keep abreast of latest special forces trends and acquire military knowhow. SOFINS participants attended the dinner banquet along with the French military brass and exchanged cordial talks before their departure. Created by Special Forces Command and placed under the High Patronage of the Minister for Defence, the Special Operations Forces Innovation Network Seminar (SOFINS) is an original concept designed to develop synergy in equipment between Special Forces and the national fabric of industrialists and the world of research. The three-day opened on Tuesday (April 14) at Camp de Souge Military Base in Bordeaux City, France.
