HM the King deputises National Guard Commander to attend final of HM the King's Football Cup

Manama, April 5 (BNA)-- His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa deputised today National Guard Commander Lieutenant General Shaikh Mohammed bin Isa Al Khalifa to attend the final match on HM the King's Football Cup which pitted today Hidd against Busaiteen at Bahrain National Stadium. The National Guard Commander was welcomed on arrival by Bahrain Football Association (BFA) President Shaikh Ali bin Khalifa Al Khalifa, President of the General Organisation for Youth and Sports (GOYS) Hesham Al Jowder and BFA members. After the national anthem, the two teams Presidents presented the National Guard Commander with bouquets of flowers. The match ended in 2-0 for Hidd Club. Lt. General Shaikh Mohammed presented the trophy to the club Board Chairman Ahmed Al Musallam, the team's captain and coach. He also presented the players with their medals.
