Regional conference on preparing public budget on Wednesday

SANA'A, Dec. 16 (Saba)- Activities of the Regional Conference on
Acquired Lessons from Public Participation in Preparing the
Country's Budget would start tomorrow here.

According to Information Center for Qualification and Human Rights,
which is organizing the conference, the conference aims at including
civil society organizations and private sector in preparing public
budget and creating social culture for this important issue and
spreading awareness on importance of preparing the budget and
getting acquainted with mechanisms followed for preparing modern
budgets.

The release added that the participants who represent Kingdom of
Bahrain, Jordon, Egypt and Yemen will discuss in the two-day
conference a number of topics on projects of both Yemen, Bahrain and
Jordan that include work steps, achievements, obstacles and
benefited lessons as well as the Egyptian expertise in public
participation in preparing the budget.
