Yemen, Egypt sign draft treaty in social field
SANA'A, Dec. 16 (Saba)- Yemen and Egypt signed on Tuesday here the
draft treaty in field of social insurances.
The draft, which singed by Head of Yemeni General Corporation for
Social Insurances Ahmad Saif from the Yemeni part and Head of
National Authority for Social Insurance Mohammad Talat from the
Egyptian part, included ten items toped by cooperation in field of
insurances and mechanism of exchanging expertise in this field.
The drat included also information exchange concerning interior law
dealing with insurance evasion and exchanging also publications and
legal researches as well as organizing training courses to workers
in field of social insurances in the two countries.
The draft stipulates that citizens in both countries who work in
institution in other country are not committed to legislations in
this country while they are committed to legalizations of their own
country..
The two parts also agreed on settling differences between
contracted parts during six months unless the two parts write to the
Yemeni-Egyptian High Committee for settling the differences.
They also agreed on forming a joint following up committee to meet
every year for following up topics they agreed upon and promoting
carrying out included measures.
