Contracts of building 800 housing units in Aden signed

SANA'A, Dec. 15 (Saba)-Three contracts of carrying out 800 housing
units in Aden governorate at YR 3.9 billion were signed on Monday.

The contracts were signed by Minister of Public Works and Roads Amr
al-Korshomi and Aden governor Adnan al-Jafri as well as
representatives of the executive companies.

First contract was with general department of construction of the
telecommunication cooperation to implement 320 housing units at sum
of YR 1.5 billion.The second contract was signed with the Abdul-Aziz
Al-Tam Corporation for Constructions and Commerce to carry out 280
housing units at YR 1.4 billion YR and the third contract was with
the al-Aram Corporation for Constructions and Commerce to do 200
housing units at around YR 1 billion.

Al-Korshomi said that the implementation of these units comes within
directives of the president Ali Abdullah Saleh to resolve housing
problem for limited incomes people.

He made it clear that the ministry signed contracts during the year
for setting up 1130 housing units in Aden governorate.
