BDF Commander-in-Chief meets UK ambassador

Manama, Jan. 13. (BNA) -- Commander-in-Chief of the Bahrain Defence Force (BDF) Field Marshal Shaikh Khalifa bin Ahmed Al Khalifa met here today the British Ambassador to Bahrain Iain Lindsay. The BDF Commander-in-Chief lauded the outstanding Bahrain-UK relations, praising the on-going bilateral cooperation in all fields, including coordination and exchange of expertise in the military one. He underscored the importance of strengthening the existing relations, especially in the military field. Inspector-General Major-General Abdulla Hassan Al-Nuaimi, Director of Planning, Organisation and Technology Rear Admiral Yussef Ahmed Malallah, Director of Military Works Brigadier Abdulaziz bin Fadhel Al-Buainain and the Military Attaché at the British Embassy here Lieutenant-Colonel Andrew Price were present.
