Three men wanted over drug syndicate
NSW police have named three men wanted over an alleged interstate drug trafficking
syndicate.
Police have charged 10 people over their alleged involvement in the $250,000 per
week syndicate, which operated between Sydney and Melbourne.
Photographs of the three men - Mohammed Hamze, 30, of Merrylands, Ahmad Diab, 31, of
Glebe, and Monzer El-Husseini, 28, of Auburn - have also been released.
Detective Superintendent Deborah Wallace on Thursday said the men were believed to
be in Sydney.
"Certainly with the final three men that we've issued warrants for, we believe that
that's the principal players in the syndicate," Det Supt Wallace told reporters.
She said she did not believe they were being hidden by anyone and had not ruled out
the possibility the men may be in Melbourne.
