National Celebrations activities begin on 15-19 Dec 2014

Manama, Dec 13 (BNA) – The national celebrations activities will kick start on 15-19 December 2014, marking the Kingdom of Bahrain's celebrations of its National Days on December 16 and 17, marking the anniversary of the establishment of the modern state of Bahrain as an Arab and Muslim country in 1783 by its founder Ahmed Al-Fateh, the 42nd Anniversary of joining the UN as a full member and the 15th Anniversary of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa's Accession to the Throne. Various activities on the national occasion will take place in Bahrain National Museum, Bab Al-Bahrain, Bahrain International Circuit, Tree of Life site, Cultural Hall and Zafaran coffee shop, including films screenings, concerts, and open air exhibitions representing local and international shows from France, Turkey and many more.
