Tender of part two of Amran-Aden road project to be announced soon
SANA'A, Dec. 10 (Saba)- The Ministry of Public Works and Roads is to
finalize document of the tender of second part for
Amran-Sana'a-Dhamar-Taiz-Aden road project
The project is funded by the Saudi Fund for Development at sum of YR
320 million.
According to the report of the ministry, the 420 km project aims at
improving transport network in the country.
Recently, British and German companies finalized studies and design
of the project.The report expected that about 20,000 vehicles would
pass this road per day
Last November, the cabinet approved the agreement signed between
Yemen and the Saudi fund to finance the project.AH
