BDF Chief receives Indian military delegation

Manama, Nov18(BNA) Bahrain Defence Force (BDF) Commander-in-Chief Marshal Shaikh Khalifa bin Ahmed Al-Khalifa has today received Indian Deputy Chairman of Joint Chiefs of Staff Lieutenant-General Anil Bhalla, who is leading a delegation on a visit to Bahrain. The Commander Commander-in-Chief welcomed the Indian officer, hailing outstanding relations of friendship. The two sides have also discussed issues of mutual interest. The meeting was attended by BDF Inspector-General Major-General Abdulla Hassan Al-Nuaimi, Military Cooperation director Brigadier-General Shaikh Ahmed bin Khalifa Al Khalifa, senior BDF officers and Muscat-based Indian Defence Attaché to Bahrain Arjun Dev Nair.
