State Follow-up Minister receives UNDP's Representative

Manama, Nov. 11. (BNA) -- Minister of State for Follow-up Affairs Mohammed bin Ibrahim Al Mutawa received here today the Resident Representative of United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) in Bahrain Peter Grohmann. They reviewed ways of enhancing bilateral cooperation in terms of supporting development projects in Bahrain. Al Mutawa was informed about the joint plans and programmes prepared by UNDP in order to support comprehensive development, in light of their active partnership. Grohmann lauded Bahrain's keenness on activating partnership and cooperation with UN's bodies and agencies, following its role in supporting initiatives of promoting development and peace all around the world.
