Property giant readies IPO for City exchange
Hanoi (VNA) - Property trader Hoang Anh Gia Lai will list about 179.8
million shares on the Ho Chi Minh Stock Exchange on Dec. 22.
Although the company has not revealed the initial offer price, it is
expected to be around 40,000 VND.
According to the company, members of its management board have pledged to
reserve stakes they hold in the company for at least three years to avoid
share dilution on the bourse. The company for potential investors on Dec.
