Jalili to address EU Parliament via video-conference

Secretary of Supreme National Security Council Saeed Jalili will
address the upcoming Non-Proliferation Treaty meeting at the European
Parliament via video-conference, it was reported on Saturday.

"Iran's top nuclear negotiator will not travel to Brussels, Belgium,
to attend the meeting on non-proliferation and disarmament" which is
to be held at the EU Parliament on December 9, Jalili's deputy on
press affairs Payman Jebelli told IRNA.

He added that Jalili would, however, deliver a speech to the meeting
through video-conference link.
