VP receives president of Comoros
SANA'A, Dec. 04 (Saba) - Vice President Abduh Raboh Mansor Hadi received on Thursday president of Comoros Ahmed Sambi who is in a short visit to Sana'a. They held officials talks over mutual cooperation between Yemen and the Comoros islands.
Hadi pointed out to the directives of the president Ali Abdullah Saleh to enhance
ties with the Comoros in different fields such as health, education and investment
in fisheries wealth.
The president of Comoros welcomed Yemeni investments in the island, expressing that
for support of president Saleh for the people of Comoros.
We are proud that our origin from Yemen, he said.
Saba learned that Yemen has granted 60 scholarships for students of Comoros at
geometric, education and medicine faculties as well as police academy.
