MILLI MAJLIS CHAIRMAN MEETS TURKISH MINISTER OF STATE

Baku, 04 December,(AzerTAj)Chairman of the Milli Majlis (Azerbaijan Parliament)
Ogtay Asadov met Thursday with Turkish Minister of State Kursad Tuzmen and his
accompanying delegation.

Asadov highly praised the visit of the Turkish minister, saying “this trip is a good
opportunity to discuss the issues of mutual concern”.
He stressed political will of the two presidents, reciprocal visits and meetings are
greatly contributing to strengthening mutual relations between Azerbaijan and
Turkey.
Kursad Tuzmen said Turkey is very pleased with all of Azerbaijan`s successes.
“Azerbaijan is today considered one of the less affected countries amid the world`s
financial crisis”, said Tuzmen, adding “in this regard, expanding cooperation with
Azerbaijan is of extreme importance”.
The meeting was also attended by head of the Milli Majlis Apparatus Safa Mirzayev
and Turkish ambassador to Azerbaijan Hulusi Kilic.
