Prosecution asks AIPN to lift traveling ban on al-Khaiwani

SANA'A, Dec. 04 (Saba)- The Prosecution asked on Wednesday from the
Authority of Immigration, Passport and Nationality AIPN to left up
ban of traveling on Abdul-Kareem al-Khaiwani.

In its letter to the authority, the prosecution to allow al-Khiowani
to travel in accordance with followed measures.

Al-Khaiwani was sentenced six years in jail but then he was released
after President Ali Abdullah Saleh has pardoned him and all
convictions against him have been canceled.
