Baku, 03 December,(AzerTAj)Russian President`s special envoy on international
cultural co-operation Mikhail Shvydkoy who attended CoE Conference of Ministers
responsible for Culture said Azerbaijan had always been a bridge between Europe and
East. Shvydkoy stressed representatives of various cultures and faith communities
coexist peacefully in Azerbaijan.
According to him, a concert program dedicated to prominent Azerbaijani composer Gara
Garayev`s memory will be organized in Russia. He added this event would contribute
to improving relations between Azerbaijan and Russian peoples even more.
