WB allocates $48 mln to support Health Ministry
SANA'A, Dec. 03 (Saba) - World Bank allocated on Wednesday $ 48
million to support the Ministry of Public Health and Population.
The WB has appropriated $ 28 million for Health and Population
project for the next six years and $ 20 million to support the
program of eradicating Bilharzias for the coming five years.
During her meeting with Minister of Public Health and Population
Abdul Karim Rase'a, the Director of Health Sector in Middle East at
the WB extended an invitation to Minister of Public Health and
Population to visit the WB in January 2009.
