Yemen, Jordan sign agricultural cooperation protocol

SANA'A, Dec. 03 (Saba)- Yemen and Jordan signed on Wednesday an
executive plan of results of the Yemeni-Jordanian Supreme
Committee's meeting and a protocol for agricultural cooperation
between them.

The plan seeks for enhancing cooperation between the two countries
in field of building capabilities and exchanging visits and trade
exchange between Yemeni Agricultural Cooperative Union (YACU) and
Jordan Cooperative Corporation (JCC) in field of realizing
agricultural sustainable development.

The plan focused on importance of training and qualifying human
cadre for it is the basic foundation in development and making use
of the two countries' expertise in agricultural field.

The plan was signed by Head of YAU Mohammad Bashir from the Yemeni
part and General Manager of JCC Abdul-Majid al-Agarimah from the
Jordanian Part.
