Arab Bank contributes to YR 50 mln to reconstruct eastern area

SANA'A, Dec. 03 (Saba) - Arab Bank granted Yemen on Wednesday YR 50
million to support the government's efforts in reconstruct the
damaged areas in the rainstorm-affected eastern governorates of
Hadramout and Mahrah.

During his meeting with the Jordanian ambassador to Sana'a Ahmed
Jaradat and Country Director of Arab Bank in Yemen Ibrahim al-Susi,
Mujawar expressed his appreciation for the Arab Bank contribution to
supporting the reconstruction efforts.

Meanwhile, the Premier Mujawar discussed with Jordan's diplomat
Jaradat aspects of cooperation relations between the two brotherly
countries in the economic, trade and investment fields, on the
lights of the results of the President Ali Abdullah Saleh's last
visit to Jordan.

The two sides asserted the importance of strengthening
Yemeni-Jordanian partnership in different fields to serve the common
interests of both countries.
