AZERBAIJAN MINISTER OF EDUCATION MEETS HEAD OF THE EUROPEAN COMMISSION’S REPRESENTATIVE OFFICE IN AZERBAIJAN

Baku, 03 December,(AzerTAj)Azerbaijani Minister of Education Misir Mardanov met the European Commission`s Special Envoy to Azerbaijan Alan Waddams.

Mr. Mardanov informed Waddams about what had been done to improve vocational
education in Azerbaijan.
He noted the importance of cooperation with DAEWOO Company of the Korean Republic,
World Bank and other organizations in development of vocation sphere.
Azerbaijani minister also spoke about the activities of higher institutes by
ERAMUZ-MUNDUS, TEMPUS programs and Bologna process.
Mr. A. Waddams said the aim of new project is to help the development of vocation
and stressed the importance to widen cooperation with the European education
programs.
