COE SECRETARY GENERAL CONGRATULATES PRESIDENT OF AZERBAIJAN ON BECOMING A GRANDFATHER

Baku, 02 December,(AzerTAj)Secretary General of the Council of Europe Terry Davis on behalf of the participants of conference of the CoE Ministers of Culture, which commenced today in Baku, congratulated the President of Azerbaijan on becoming a grandfather for the first time, stating that now President Ilham Aliyev has newborn
twin grandsons.

President of Azerbaijan expressed gratitude for warm congratulations noting he and
his family feel very happy.
