RUSSIAN GOVERNMENT RENDERS CHARITABLE AID TO AZERBAIJAN
Baku, 01 December,(AzerTAj)The government of Russia will deliver 595 tons of flour worth US $ 500 thousand for Azerbaijani refugees and IDPs in the area of UN World Food Program, Russian Embassy to Azerbaijan said.
It is the second charitable action, said acting head of UNWFP Baku office Fuad
Huseynov. “Despite the action completed on November 30 of the current year, the aid
will be continued as the government of Russia allotted US $ 2 mln. The goods will be
submitted to Azerbaijan`s State Committee for Refugees and IDPs, Mr. Huseynov added.
