KEPCO signs deal to build nuclear power station in Jordan

SEOUL, Dec. 1 (Yonhap) -- Korea Electric Power Corp. (KEPCO), South Korea's
state-run electric power company, said Monday that it has signed a preliminary
deal to build a nuclear power station in Jordan.
Under the deal signed with the Jordan Atomic Energy Commission, both sides will
form a working committee to conduct a feasibility study on the project and to lay
out a scheme on project financing, KEPCO said in a statement.
