Three cooperation agreements with Morocco approved
SANA'A, Nov. 29 (Saba)-A Republican decree No. 283/2008 was issued
to approve the cooperation agreement of extraditing criminals
between Yemen and Morocco.
The agreement was signed between the twocountries in Rabat city last February,
2008.Other decree No.
284/2008 was issued to ratify agreement of the judicial cooperation
in field of commercial judiciary between Yemen and Morocco.
The agreement was signed between the two countries in Rabat city last
February, 2008.
Third decree No. 285/2008 was issued to approve other
judicial cooperation agreement signed with Morocco in criminal field
which was singed last February, 2008.
