Chinese oil company to explore oil in Shabwa

SHABWA, Nov. 29 (Saba)- The Chinese oil company BGB starts carrying
out seismic survey for exploring oil in sector 4 Ayth area, Shabwa
governorate.

Governor of Shabwa Ali al-Ahmadi reviewed with director of the
company's branch preparations being made by the company for starting
the survey process and mechanism of cooperation and coordination
between the governorate and the company during the process that
would last for seven months.

He affirmed readiness of state and public bodies to provide support
and assistance to the company for helping it carrying its activities
as planned, stressing importance of giving priorities to local
labors.

For his part, the Chinese official affirmed the company's keenness
on coordination and cooperation with the governorate in all issues
and activities, praising great cooperation from locals with the
company.
