Storms `short lived` in south east Qld
Wind gusts of up to 110km/h swept through parts of south-east Queensland on Saturday afternoon.
The Bureau of Meteorology had issued a severe weather warning for parts of the
south-east but the storms did not eventuate.
Thunderstorms were moving east, and were expected to hit Point Lookout, southern
waters of Moreton Bay and Amity Point, the bureau said.
