GERMANY`S DEPUTY HEAD OF CULTURE AND COMMUNICATIONS DEPARTMENT ARRIVES IN AZERBAIJAN

Baku, 28 November,(AzerTAj)Varner Vnand, Deputy Head of the department of culture and communications under the government of Germany, will arrive in Baku, on December 1 to participate in the International conference of the Council of Europe`s Culture
Ministers, German Embassy to Azerbaijan said.
