SOCAR’S “SAMIR GULIYEV” VESSEL TO LAY UNDERWATER CABLES
Baku, 28 November,(AzerTAj)Socar’s Samir Guliyev vessel reached the Palchig
Pilpilesi Field November 26 to lay 12km underwater electricity cable. Samir Guliyev
vessel can lay 3 km of cable a day under favorable weather conditions. It is the
only vessel, which can lay and repair electric cables. After completing operations
at Palchig Pilpilesi field, the vessel will move to the Gunashli field where it will
lay a 4.5 km cable.
