INTERNATIONAL AIDS DAY TO BE MARKED IN BAKU

Baku, 28 November,(AzerTAj)The 1st of December, World AIDS Day, is the day when
individuals and organisations from around the world come together to bring attention
to the global acquired immunodeficiency syndrome (AIDS) epidemic. 2008 marks the
20th anniversary of World AIDS Day.
Azerbaijani Ministry of Youth and Sport together with the European Commission and
United Nations Population Fund (UNFPA) will arrange the reproductive health festival
in Baku to let the participants know about the AIDS consequences.
During the festival, youngsters will share their opinion about the AIDS.
The students of the higher educational Institutions and secondary schools are
scheduled to attend the event.
