Arab Parliamentary Forum continues in Cairo

Cairo, November 27, SPA -- An Arab Parliamentary Forum continued its
deliberations here today with the participation of a Saudi Shoura
Council delegation.

In a statement following the meeting, Hamdi Al-Juhani, member of the
Saudi delegation told the Saudi Press Agency that the Saudi
delegation has presented a proposal calling for a review of the goals
approved by Cairo meeting and for putting the appropriate strategy in
view of the repercussions of the current international crisis on the
economies of developing countries.
The forum, which lasts until Saturday, is sponsored by the UN Fund
for Population and Development.
