Bahrain,Kazakhstan issue a Joint Communique

Astana: April 15 -- (BNA): The Joint Communique issued upon conclusion of the official state visit of HM King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa to the Republic of Kazakhstan today, affirmed the two governments' aspiration to develop and bolster the lasting bilateral friendship and cooperation relations, boosting regional and international security and consolidating the principles of reciprocity, partnership and dialogue in international relations. The communique said that His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa and H.E. President Nursultan Nazarbayev discussed during bilateral talks several issues pertaining to the bilateral cooperation in the political, economic and humanitarian fields. The two sides also exchanged views regarding some regional and international issues of mutual interest. The two sides agreed that the high-profile talks in Astana as well as the agreements concluded during this visit have ushered in a new phase in the history of bilateral relations between the Kingdom of Bahrain and the Republic of Kazakhstan and rendered a strong push to developing the bilateral trade, economic and investment relations and boosting cooperation in the humanitarian field. // more details follow// (IY)
