Shaikh Nasser, Shaikh Khalid's remarkable achievement hailed

Manama, Apr 8 (BNA) – President of the General Organization for Youth and Sports (GOYS), Hisham Mohammed Al-Jowder, has congratulated Chairman of the Supreme Council for Youth and Sports (SCYS), President of Bahrain Olympic Committee, Shaikh Nasser bin Hamad Al Khalifa, and First Deputy Chairman of the Supreme Council for Youth and Sport, President of Bahrain Athletics Association, Shaikh Khalid bin Hamad Al Khalifa, on the great success achieved by Bahraini Triathlon team in Ironman South Africa. GOYS's President said the achievement reflects HM the King's support and efforts exerted by SCYS's Chairman in preparing the Bahraini team for the competition. He added Shaikh Nasser bin Hamad's achievement asserted his high physical capabilities, noting Shaikh Khalid bin Hamad and the rest of the team members' had exerted great efforts in the race that is considered one of the toughest Triathlon races, because of the terrain and highlands the contenders had to go through. He wished Shaikh Khalid bin Hamad Al Khalifa a good heath for the extra physical efforts he employed in order to achieve a commendable result for the Kingdom of Bahrain. MJ
