SPA- -The number of Saudis employed shall not be less than five and their jobs shall be major technical and administrative posts.
-The term of contracts signed with the employees and trainees shall
not be less than one year.

-The tax incentives shall be applied for ten years effective from the
date of the project enjoying the advantages of the tax discount, and
this advantage shall be terminated at the end of that period.
The Cabinet approved the appointment of Abdulrahman bin Saleh bin
Abdullatif Al-Abdulqader as Director of the Minister's office at the
Ministry of Islamic Affairs, Endowments, Call and Guidance (rank 14).
