Egyptian Official underlines importance of obtaining Hajj

Cairo, November 25, SPA -- Egyptian assistant foreign minister for
consular affairs Ahmad Rizq has warned the Egyptians residing in the
Kingdom of Saudi Arabia against performing Hajj rituals without
obtaining Hajj license from the concerned Saudi authorities.

He noted that the Saudi authorities will take severe measures
against violators of the regulations, and the measures may include
termination of services of the residents who are detected without the
required license.

The Middle East News Agency (MENA) quoted Rizq as saying that the
Saudi Hajj ministry has been stressing the importance of the
awareness of the pilgrims prior to their arrival in the Holy Places
and to show them that it is permissible to throw stones at Jamrat at
any time and it is possible to spend the night hours outside Mina if
there are no enough rooms at Mina.
