AZERBAIJAN EARNS AZN195 MILLION IN TRANSPORTATION THROUGH TRACECA CORRIDOR
Baku, 24 November,(AzerTAj)AZN 195 million was earned in transportation through Azerbaijan part of the Transport Corridor Europe-Caucasus-Asia (TRACECA) during January-September, up 12.5% on a year ago, the Azerbaijan State Statistical Committee told.
35.6 million tons of cargo and 142.2 million people were carried through TRACECA
Corridor.
Azerbaijan State Statistical Committee told that 55.3% of shipments were transported
by rail, 31.2% by road and 13.5% by sea.
Shipments via the corridor accounted for 26.5% of the total transportation in the
country.
