Baku, 25 November,(AzerTAj) A Russian Center will be opened in Baku State University in Azerbaijan on November 28.
Rector of the Baku State University, MP Abel Maharramov, Russian Ambassador to
Azerbaijan Vasily Istratov and Executive Director of the Russkiy Mir Foundation
Vyacheslav Nikonov will attend the ceremony on the occasion.
