Parliamentary delegation convenes in Morocco

t, Mar. 30. (BNA)-- The Bahraini-Moroccan Friendship Parliamentary delegation affirmed the importance of expanding trade and economic exchange with Morocco and promote investments, which requires opening a direct commercial air channel between the two countries as an initial step. The delegation highlighted investment in agriculture and animal fields and attracting products and food commodities to local markets, in addition to increase the level of trade and investment in other areas between the two kingdoms. This came as Chairman of the Parliamentary Committee on Foreign Affairs, Defense and National Security, MP Sawsan Taqawi and the associated delegation received by the Moroccan Economy and Finance Minister Mohamed Boussaid in Rabat. Bahrain's Parliamentary delegation also included MP Khalid Abdulaal, MP Khalid Al-Mawlood, MP Hassan Bu-Khamas, Director of Public Relations and Protocol Ghazi Abdulmuhsin and journalist Haifa Idwan. Moroccan Economy and Finance Minister underscored the deep-rooted bilateral relations at all levels, noting the Moroccan government's keenness to discuss further cooperation and trade relations, as well as joint economic projects. He confirmed the need to establish more commercial projects and exchange of administrative expertise between the two countries in all fields.
