Saudi Ambassador to Australia makes statement

Canberra, November 22, SPA -- Saudi Ambassador to Australia Hassan
Talaat Nazer said that the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia is proud to
facilitate Hajj performance and serve pilgrims.

He described Hajj as a human and world gathering where Muslims
throughout the World meet every year in one place and at the same
time to perform Hajj.

In a statement to the Saudi Press Agency (SPA) to mark the
inauguration of the commencement of Hajj missions from Australia and
New Zealand for this year, the Ambassador said that the Saudi Embassy
in Canberra has completed the issuance of visas for pilgrims coming
from Australia.
