Cargo ship sinks off Bushehr
Tehran, Nov 22, IRNA - A cargo ship sank off Bandar-e Dayyer, Bushehr province, southwestern Iran, it was announced on Saturday.
The shipwreck has caused trouble in the way of docking other vessels
as well as serious damage to the ship itself, caretaker of Bandar-e
Dayyer fisheries Ali Yousefi told IRNA reporter.
He said that ship, Kish 810 had the capacity of 240 tons of cargo.
The cause of disaster is under investigation.
Bandar-e Dayyer, located in 200 km south of Bushehr is the biggest
fishing port of Iran, has one dock at which 500 ships and boats take
berth.
