CHARTER OF WORLD AZERBAIJANIS TO BE SET UP
Baku, 21 November,(AzerTAj)Azerbaijan`s State Committee for Diaspora is completing work over creation of World Azerbaijanis Charter, Committee`s press service said.
About 20 scientists were involved in preparation of the document. Aim of the Charter is to unite Azerbaijanis throughout the world, prepare the single conception based on Azerbaijanism ideology and reflecting historical tasks facing Azerbaijani Diaspora.
Document will be discussed during the session of the World Azerbaijanis Coordination
Council to be held in Baku, December 18.
