TEN RI MUSICIANS TO COLLABORATE AT JAK JAZZ 2008
Jakarta, Nov. 22 (ANTARA) - Ten Indonesian jazz musicians will give a collaboration performance during the Jakarta Jazz (Jak Jazz) Festival to be held at Istora Senayan here from November 28 to 30, 2008.
The ten jazz musicians would be Ireng Maulana, Idang Rasjidi, Yance Manusama, Benny Likumahua, Rudi Surbekti, Didiek SSS, Syaharani, Sam Panuwun, Tompi, and Mergie Seger, Ireng Mulana said here on Friday in a press conference.
The tenth jazz festival dubbed "A Whole Lotta Jazz" will feature jazz musicians of all ages and music types.
Indonesian and foreign jazz musicians to participate in the annual jazz festival will include Kyoto Jazz Massive, Daniel Sahuleka, Yellow Jackets, Abraham Laboriel, Syahrani & The Queenfireworks, Iga Mawarni & Friends, Indra Lesmana Reborn, Tohpati, Djabe, and Steve Hackett.
